CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on, whole body method of releasing restrictions around the brain and spinal cord to enhance central nervous system performance and allow the body to self correct. It strengthens the body's natural healing ability and is effective in treating a wide variety of dysfunctions. 

Laurie Appel has been a practitioner since 1995.

CST is not covered by insurance and the private pay rate is $120 for an hour.
